MANILA, Philippines— Fuel prices will go down this week due to the easing of tensions in the Middle East, oil companies said Monday.
Shell and Seaoil said that they will lower gasoline prices by P0.50 per liter and diesel by P0.70 per liter. The cost of kerosene will go down by P0.85 per liter.
The price adjustments will be implemented on Tuesday, October 22.
Last week, oil companies raised the prices of gasoline by P2.60 to P2.65 per liter, diesel by P2.70 per liter and kerosene by P2.60 per liter.
