MANILA, Philippines—After three consecutive weeks of price increases, the cost of fuel will go down this week, oil companies said Monday.
Shell, Seaoil, Cleanfuel, and Jetti Petroleum said that gasoline prices will be lowered by P0.80 per liter and diesel by P0.20 per liter.
The cost of kerosene will go down by P0.50 per liter.
The price reduction will be implemented on Tuesday, January 28.
Last week, oil companies raised the prices of gasoline by P1.65 per liter, diesel by P2.70 per liter and kerosene by P2.50 per liter.
