MANILA, Philippines — Fuel prices are shifting again as diesel, kerosene drop and gasoline edges higher this week.

Oil firms are implementing the price adjustments Tuesday, April 28 for the third consecutive week as the Middle East conflict has pesisted since March.

Here are the estimates for Tuesday:

Note: Estimates are based on the DOE NCR table for April 21-27, 2026. Applied April 28 announced movements: gasoline +P0.53/L, diesel -P12.94/L, kerosene -P15.71/L. Diesel Plus was adjusted using the same diesel rollback.
